How many guests does The Barn hold?

Seating for up to 90 guests for a formal sit-down wedding and 120 guests for a cocktail style function.

How many guests does The Pavilion hold?

The Pavilion can be used as a wet weather area for ceremonies, canapés or a sit-down wedding for
140 guests.

Where can I have my wedding ceremony?

The amphitheatre-style ceremony area in fine weather and in wet weather the ceremony can be moved to either The Barn or The Pavilion depending on what area is not being used as your reception area.

Are table, chairs and decorations included?

Yes. We provided tables, chairs, tablecloths, cutlery, plates and glasses. Please see our What’s Included tab for more information.

Is Tallulah the vintage caravan bar an additional cost?

There is no additional cost for using Tallulah the vintage caravan bar for your wedding.

Is there a dressing room available for the bridal party?

Yes. The Bakery provides a perfect space for the bride, bridesmaids and mums to get prepared for the wedding.

Are children allowed on the premises?

Yes.

Are children allowed in the accommodation?

Unfortunately no. We are a couple’s accommodation and there is a limit of two people per cabin. There are some great accommodation options available that we can suggest for families that are close by.

Is the property available for just ceremonies?

Unfortunately no. When we aren’t holding weddings at the property we are a couple’s accommodation business. Our guests choose Seclusions for its privacy, and it would not be fair on to hold ceremonies on the property during their stay.

Is there a caterers prep area available?

Yes. Full use of the caterers’ preparation room is included.

Can we add additional decorations to The Barn or The Pavilion?

Yes of course. This is a very special day and we encourage you to add your personality to the venue. You have all day Friday to set up. Any additional decorations are at your own expense.

Are candles permitted?

Yes. Although please ensure that they are sitting on appropriate bases, plates, jars, candelabras or candleholders and not placed directly on window sills, tablecloths or any other surface that may pose a fire risk.

Is it BYO alcohol?

Yes. We do not have a liquor licence. Most of our Wedding couples purchase their liquor from Dan Murphy’s Bathurst or BWS Lithgow.
